🥗Pre-Qualification Review

TurboLaw’s Pre-Qualification Review runs an automated “quick look” across the uploaded records to decide whether the matter meets your firm’s litigation criteria.

1. Open the case and click the Generate Case Pre-Qualification action button.

2. Monitor progress. If the review is still ongoing, the Progress section will display the current step of the processing. Both the Prequalification tab and the Actions section will show progress bars while prequalification is in progress.

   

3. Wait for the Summary. Typical turnaround is ≤15 minutes, but large files may extend processing time.

4. Review the Pre-Qualification Summary once it appears:

   • Outcome: Qualified, Potentially Qualified, or Disqualified.

   • Narrative: one-paragraph rationale citing exposure, injury, references, and data gaps.

   

   If you are satisfied with the Pre-Qualification review, proceed to Step 6. If the case is disqualified, potentially qualified, or if other records are available, you can upload them under the Document Upload tab or click Upload New Evidence to re-run the Pre-Qualification review.

5. (Optional) Add missing records and re-run:

   1. Go to Document Upload.

   2. Drag-and-drop additional files.

   3. Click Start Document Ingestion → re-run Generate Case Pre-qualification.

6. Confirm the findings if you accept the Summary.

   • Click Confirm (top-right).

   

   Confirming the findings will enable the next action, 'Create Qualification & Medical Review'.

7. Proceed to Qualification & Medical Review.

   • The Generate Qualification & Medical Review button becomes active after prequalification confirmation.

   • Click it to move the file into the full Qualification & Medical Review phase.
