📒Adding Internal Notes to a Case
Keep case context organized and private to your team.
Open a case: From Cases list, select the case.

Open notes: Click Case Notes (top-right). A right-side pane opens.

Manage notes: Add a new note, or select an existing one to edit or delete.

Tips
Notes are internal-only; not visible to clients.
Use clear titles and bullets; @mention teammates if enabled.
Notes are timestamped for auditability.
