📒Adding Internal Notes to a Case

Keep case context organized and private to your team.

  1. Open a case: From Cases list, select the case.

  2. Open notes: Click Case Notes (top-right). A right-side pane opens.

  3. Manage notes: Add a new note, or select an existing one to edit or delete.

Tips

  • Notes are internal-only; not visible to clients.

  • Use clear titles and bullets; @mention teammates if enabled.

  • Notes are timestamped for auditability.
