🌊Navigating to a Case

1. Open Cases: Click Cases in the left sidebar to see your full case list.

   

2. Find the case using any combination of:

   1. Pagination to browse pages

   2. Search by keyword or Case ID

   3. Filters: Date range, Status, Litigation, Lead Source

   

3. Take actions From the list, use the Actions menu on a case to run tasks. If an action uses credits, you’ll get a confirmation pop-up before it runs.

   

Tip: Stack filters (e.g., Status: Active + Litigation: Med-Mal) to narrow results fast.
