📬Create a Case & Upload Records Manually

Create a new matter in TurboLaw and launch document ingestion in one pass.

If Turbo Law is integrated with your CMS, case information and all relevant documents will be automatically imported. In that case, you can skip the Create a Case & Upload Records step.

  1. Navigate to the Turbo Law Web App (https://app.turbolaw.ai).

  2. From the main menu on the left, click ➕ Folder to open the Create a Case screen.

  3. Complete left-side form:

    1. Case IDclient’s CMS case #

    2. Parent Case IDleave blank if none

    3. First Name / Last Nameof the client

    4. Litigationselect from the dropdown.

    5. Case Sourcechoose per CMS

  4. From your CMS or case documents repository, drag and drop files onto the Upload Medical / Pharmacy Records zone on Turbo Law.

  5. Drag and drop any Intake Forms into the Intake Form drop zone, if any.

  6. Click "Start Document Ingestion" and wait for the green confirmation banner to appear. This will generate a case file, and the system will start the document pre-processing stage.

  7. Once uploaded, you can track the document pre-processing process and see the next set of available actions under the document upload step of the actual case.

  8. Future uploads: Open the case on Turbo Law → Cases → Document Upload tab → drag files into the respective Record Upload box.
