📽️Document Pre-Processing & Uploading Additional Records

Document Pre-Processing automatically converts freshly uploaded medical records, pharmacy logs, and intake forms into review-ready assets.

1. Stay on the Document Pre-Processing screen after you click Start Document Ingestion. Once records are imported, the Turbo Law platform begins syncing the records and documents in preparation for review. During this process, no manual action is required; if additional records are available, they can be uploaded on this screen.

   

2. (Optional) Upload additional records

   1. Drag and drop the new files, then click Save Changes at the bottom of the screen to start pre-processing them.

3. Wait for the sync to finish. Typical processing time is ≈ 15 minutes, but large files may take longer.

4. Once the pre-processing step is complete, you will see available actions in the Actions section or the Actions column of the Cases view, next to the individual cases.
